Inspite of putting in right credentials it doesn’t allow to log in

Inspite of entering the right credentials it won’t allow to log in.

I can enter via computer but the App tells me that my info is wrong and it simply won’t open. Never did.

I had been using this app for a year. But I can not open it now. I have the correct information and can access it online,but the app will not accept it. I have deleted it and will not be downloading it any time I the near future

I am using this app from past 1 month. Ever since the new update came out I am not able to open this app. As soon as I open the app it is asking me to enter a valid US phone number but I live in Canada and I don’t have US phone. I was able to use this app no problem before.

I am extremely disappointed with Walmart and Computershare’s app and services. They do not support ACAT transfers to outside brokerages, forcing me to either keep my stocks with them or pay a ridiculous $30 fee to withdraw my money. Their customer support is entirely automated, and it’s impossible to speak to a real person to resolve issues. The user interface also seems highly underdeveloped, which is disappointing software quality from a Fortune 500 company.

Usually don’t have any problems with this app, but lately it’s been down. I can’t even sign in. I guess I will not use this any longer. I’ve tried everything and nothing works.

Ever since the latest update I can’t access my account. Very annoying
