There’s no way to manage my own debit card I should be able to lock it and unlock it whenever I need to etc. all other bank apps look like we’re in the 21st century. I love the bank but I am thinking about leaving because of the app. Like the chat never works and I shouldn’t have to call in about every little inconvenience.

Mobile check deposit is broken with latest iOS and app updates. Been waiting on a fix for months. No word from ACU. Incredibly frustrating given how few physical locations exist.

This app has always been glitchy. The deposit feature was always difficult due to it not wanting to center checks properly. But now with the latest update it freezes up on a rotate your screen pop up and will not work no matter what you do or how you rotate your phone. This is enough of a problem that it makes me want to change banks. You would expect a bank that handles your money would be able to provide an app that actually works!! I have been an ACU member for over 20 years and like the bank. Too bad a faulty app may be deal breaker that makes take my banking elsewhere. My star rating is for the app not the bank.
