I don’t know how the developers made this app on iPhone- 80% it doesn’t work remaining 20% Works as if it gonna die now - Strange to see this in UAE

Report doesn’t get uploaded and you cant even log out.

Aster doctor’s instructions make maximum money by making test and lots of medicine which is not even doesn’t know which medicine for what and my sick still same as it is 👎👎👎

Absolutely useless app

Falls short of expectations due to its consistent connectivity issues and frequent disconnections. Until these technical issues are addressed, users may find their experience frustrating and unproductive.

Dont you even have basic software team to fix all these basic bugs 1. They dont send OTP verification 2. Even the number keyboard haven’t minimalise after we type the number then how can we proceed the next step Having these many bugs referring patient to download the app to see the reports how pathetic .

One of the worst app .During booking it always shows error

The app is shame for App Store. Such a waste of time.

Worst application and not sure what is CIO doing

World class hospital with the worst software team. They don’t even test the mobile app or the website. This is useless, why do they provide these solutions when they don’t even work. I tried the app on iPhone 13 and iPhone 8. I have already mentioned the problems related to the website directly at the hospital.
