I normally didn’t keep track of anything. However, now that I’ve obtained this app, I keep track of everything and it has made such a difference. I am aware of everything that is going on. It’s fantastic I wholly suggest everyone is this app

An easy platform to record your symptoms and review them at anytime helping to identify triggers and allow you to hopefully avoid them. Thanks for a great app.

I don’t have severe asthma at all I just have it a little when i competitive swim. But I really found this app helpful to not get my phone taken at camp. Obviously 🙄 this app has many helpful features for people with asthma such as daily 🪵 logins to make sure your good 😊. I used this app for a different reason but I still found it extremely helpful I liked it because camp 🏕️ is a scary 😧 place without technology so I needed my phone 📱 but yeah that is pretty much my entire review so I’m going to tell you a story. Once upon a time there was a beautiful girl she had fair skin medium blonde hair and deep blue eyes that sparkled in the sun👱🏻‍♀️. One night 🌌she felt called outside. She tiptoed quietly outside in order to not wake her dad. (Her dad slept in his underwear 🩲 and she did not want to see him also he had anger issues) once she managed to get out her eyes were drawn to the glowing light of the big bright FULL moon 🌝. She then felt the need to go to her neighborhood lake. She dashed angelically 🏃🏼‍♀️to the lake. Right as she got to the edge of the deep dark water; she paused. Her eyes had been caught by the glowing power of the moon 🌝 reflecting off the lake🏞️. She then felt the urge to leap with all her might into the glistening darkness. When her head came back to the surface she gazed at the moon 🌝 above ☝️. She then felt a magic 🪄 tingle throughout her body. She felt as if there were millions on tiny ants 🐜 crawling in her skin. She then looked down at her legs 🦵 and noticed that they were no longer legs BUT A TAIL!!!! Her legs had become a real mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️ tail!!! She was awestruck 😅 and amazed and she felt a feeling that she could only describe as a warm vibration of love💙 and light✨. She dove deep into the lake🏞️ and realized she could hold her breath for an extended period of time about 20 minutes!! She could also see clearly all that was visible in the dark mysterious and murky waters. She came to the land and hopped out. She sat gazing at the moon 🌝 for what seemed to be hours and then she looked down and realized she was completely dry and her tail was gone! She knew now that she could become her true self whenever she touched water 💦. She knew she had to keep this secret 🤫 because she knew terrible things could happen if the wrong people found out. I just got this app

I needed someway to monitor my symptoms. I normally don’t have symptoms until it is too late. I am affected by allergic asthma and severely affected by VOG here in Hawaii. Sulphur Dioxide-the gas in VOG-is invisible and you really don’t know how bad it is until you really can’t breathe and panicked and thinking you’re gonna have a heart attack and die! After this last attack, the respiratory therapist gave me a peak flow monitor and a spacer for my inhaler and I was prescribed a nebulizer to give myself breathing treatments at home. The respiratory therapist gave me great advice to monitor my symptoms with the peak flow monitor and told me to keep daily track of the symptoms. This app is helping me and i am super grateful it is available to help me with my health and stay alive. We as humans can stay alive longer without food and water for awhile but we will surely die without the ability to breathe air. Please keep this app updated so that I and others can have it to monitor our asthma symptoms. Thank you.
