This app is a great app that allows you to watch any of the past villa games that can not see as well as checking the premier league table to see where football teams are in the league and you can even see what matches we might have coming up . If you have this app and you want to go to a game then you can bye tickets and they will save on the app then you can send it over to your wallet where you can scan it at the reader when you are at the villa ground. It all so allows you to see who is playing on match days and a picture of them just in case you haven’t seen them before. It also has many more features that you can discover on your own. Sorry but for me this app is just about the worst I use. It is horrendous to navigate around and is slow and cumbersome. It shifts you from one section to another and then onto the website; it is easier going direct to the website. I can never find my account details, the match line ups always appear after they are available anywhere else, the data and match info is third rate. An absolute mess and an embarrassment to a premier league club!

All good!! But the app dose crash when looking at the photos and can’t buy the tickets or the merch on the app one my phone. Apart from that very good!!

Despite calls to digital helpline regarding cannot reset password and screens not allowing requesting a code reset it’s still not working As a member I have paid out for 5 tickets to 14 games this season. When I tried to access the site 3 minutes after it opened for Liverpool game I lost all access. 5hrs spent trying to log in and get help and now told all tickets gone. Issue also raised by others on social media. REALLY DISAPPOINTED I can’t get to the biggest game of the season

Only good for news and information. Too faffy when trying to buy tickets - takes you out of the app and you have to log in again! Just bought Lille tickets - took three attempts then wouldn’t accept my card details so I had to use a different card, can see ticket in the app but it won’t add to my wallet this time. Still waiting for email confirmation from two hours ago although I can see payment made in bank account!

Was at VP last night v Ajax Great result BUT What is happening with Ollie and Diego? What does Uni say about result? How can this be a “go to app” 20 hrs later no update Really poor for fan interaction
