Very slow connection and not even working

Easy to use even the router applet installation is easy.

While I originally loved Astrill in China due to its reliability and speeds, the last six months or so have seen a substantial decrease in quality of service. On iPhone specifically I can never get a reliable connection for more than 5 minutes, an issue exacerbated by the fact the VPN itself doesn’t seem to recognize it isn’t connected in a way that will let me use various apps or websites to attempt a reconnect. On my computer I regularly pull 1mbs download speed; at my paid speeds, this is a shockingly low number, something that wasn’t as much an issue 6 months ago but that has steadily gotten worse. Customer service is terrible, telling you to just go to YouTube to help loading speeds and switch servers again and again. One of their three protocols has been broken for months with no signs of repair. This review is 2 stars because, while this App cannot be recommended, it isn’t 100% broken.

Frequently experience flux in connection, cannot justify such high price. I’ve been using it for 10 years now and I’m finally fed up with it.

This VPN is very useful and convenient to use in China

I downloaded it in the United States and tried it first thing when I arrived. It only worked for 30mins and stopped working. Don’t waste money on it.

Hello. I had to re download. Why is there only one server available? You guys charge so much and I only have one server.

I purchased this app hoping it would work in China, it doesn’t ! I had high hopes! Very disappointed. LetsVPN works flawlessly
