They own me 220£ you sent them All proof & they still refuse to send the money I would advice it say send but doesn’t land in the other account bad

Tried to sign up to use at spurs. A few friends have tried too and the confirmation code never arrives. Pointless rubbish

One of the best apps i’ve ever used !!

Signed up for this and after a few days my card suddenly started to be declined. I then tried to log in only to see a notice that my account had been blocked. I was then unable to log in or access my money for well over a month, before finally receiving an email saying my account would be activated for 4 days to enable me to withdraw my funds before then becoming blocked again. Although I did eventually get my money back the whole experience was stressful and bizarre - at one point I contacted support and a customer support agent replied in an entirely different language that I had to use Google Translate to translate! If you’re in the UK and thinking of giving AstroPay a try… DON’T!

There's no way to get hold of any customer service to resolve issues. I emailed their support address (as that's what their website tells you to do) but then got an automated reply telling me to fill in a form on their website instead... And so on. No response via their webchat. The social media links at the bottom of their email (e.g Facebook and X) just go to the main page for each website (which is odd as that is standard scam email behaviour). My initial impressions are not great (particularly for a company expecting me to trust them with my money)! I note that "This company’s TrustScore is currently unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot’s Guidelines." Looks like they'd be buying fake reviews try to prop up their score. Dodgy! Seems like they are having some issues. Might be wise to steer clear for the time being.

Wolves should be ashamed associating themselves with this. I was unable to link the card to my WWFC account. Then I was unable to get ASTRO to send my money back. Live chat and customer services are just robots. It is literally a scam to steal your money. AVOID! I lost £100 dealing with these guys. Looking at other reviews I am not alone. Do not use.

Downloaded this on 2 devices, tried to register, verification SMS (and WhatsApp) never arrives

My bank didn’t appear like it was transferring money so I tried several times, then cancelled the transactions on AstroPay. My bank has transferred the money but it is now missing and AstroPay customer services are never there and then eventually ask for info then say they’ve got the into and then send further emails asking for the information they say they already have and are now longer replying at all - it’s a nightmare! My money is missing my bank say only AstroPay can help. If feel like I will never see my money again I feel sick.

This market needed a trusted payment method that brought it to Astropy.. Thanks
