Compared to the SGX app for Singapore stock exchange, this is a pain to use. On my iPad, I have to make sure I’m in portrait mode when using the app. Even a slight tilt towards landscape mode freezes the app and you have to delete and reload the app. Compare that to the SGX app where there’s a toggle button to allow the app to switch between portrait and landscape modes. And the app also doesn’t display the listed options on ASX.

I’ve been using this app for a couple of yrs and it’s been great. But in the last 2 weeks my favourites disappeared and other shares keep appearing and then disappearing. When I try to add my favourites they just disappear again

Ok for quick price checks but app is painful in adding favourites, it often takes several attempts and sometimes just refuses to add them.

Possibly the worst app I’ve used seriously. Very poor design and usability. Saving favourites is a nightmare. Clearly the ASX has no care for this app as it has been very poor for a long time now with no effort to fix.

Please make the “Favorites” tab more than 20 companies. I’m having to delete some companies from my list of 20, because I’m maxed out at 20/20 companies in my favorites tab.

It won’t work on cellular. Needs wifi. Seems absurd.

Has this app finally died? Don’t think it’s worked at all for a couple of weeks.

Tried refreshing for news but it doesn’t update anymore, hasn’t worked since 23 June. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the app but it hasn’t helped. Terrible

I’ve noticed over the last few days that the latest announcements won’t load. The most recent that come up are dated 23 June 2023. Today is the 27th of June and none of yesterday’s or today’s announcements will load.

It is nearly impossible to add and delete stocks from your favourites at the first go. You add and you add and you add again and it finally sticks in your Favourites if you are lucky. The Asx app is an example of why you should not have a monopoly in anything. It is the only way to get timely notifications because, well they are the asx - it is their job. But because of the monopoly , they have absolutely no incentive incentive to improve. 8 months ago there was a bug fix. What bug did you fix? It is the same trash as it has always been. Hope you get better.
