Can’t handle multiple students in different schools. Please NZ schools: don’t use this app!

One of the ugliest and least intuitive apps I have ever used. What a shame schools settle for something like this.

How disappointing when looking for ways to encourage parents to keep connected with kids that schools use this. Kids miss out when parents aren’t involved. Having an APP that works matters for our kiwi kids. ☹️

It may be ‘free’ but it will cost you in frustration, time, annoyance and pain. Forced to use this by a school. Unreliable, grim ux. Just rubbish. Whoever developed this should be ashamed of themselves.

Constantly logs me out. Very frustrating

Same experience as the below user. Keeps logging me out, then when you request a new password everything freezes. Also don’t seem to get the notifications, even though I’ve “ticked” the notifications settings within the app. So far not a great tool for the parent user.

I wonder if this company ever does user testing with actual caregivers? I truly hope they do for teachers because there must be some reason schools are signing up for a substandard user experience. The authentication is horrific and must cause headaches for the administrators in schools. Why does it automatically log you out? Why does it require a 12 numbers with / userid? Why does the password reminder not work? Don’t get me started on how it looks & works once you actually make it into the app. School staff & caregivers deserve better. Start designing for your customers.

Constantly logs me out, then when I sign in I often have to get sent a new password. But the app freezes on the screen that advises that you will be sent a new password so the only way to enter user ID and new password is to delete app and download again. Quite ridiculous. When it works it seems to work well enough directing to the various pages.

I can only open the app once. I wanted to print the Tax Invoice/Receipt for IRD but there’s no icon/option to print. Then I went back to the main menu and tried to open the Account one more time, but it’s just frozen, nothing’s happening, not working!

When I opened for the first time the login pages briefly flashed up then just a white screen. No good.
