ATB Business - Mobile Banking

This app is mildly useless. The options don’t fit the screen. Consistently forgets biometrics and need a text code and outside website to login. The online banking portal is just as embarrassing. Have given them tons of feedback on issues. No changes whatsoever. Considering switching banks to something that could work more than a couple days.

Poorly designed app. You need to learn from other bank apps

The app used to work well but now redirects to the website for logging in, not remembering or using any biometrics and still requiring a SMS verification code all through HTML. Just go to the website to be less frustrated. Update: Fixed the login. Upgrading my rating to 4 stars.

I can’t up load any pictures of my cheques for deposit. Only reason I have this app on my iPad. Now it won’t open on my iPhone. Getting tired of the app for atb business

Why do I have to jump through 3 hoops every single time I log in. It’s getting old.

Bad UX and functionality

To be honest I’m shopping around and will be closing my account with ATB eventually. Your monthly bank fees are outrageous. I’m a small business and pay 400.00 a month in bank fees. Your website is also not user friendly anymore.

Painful to navigate through. Why isn’t it the same as the personal one?
