I posted the same review over a month ago and the response was to please call the customer care center to give details. Unfortunately it appears your customer care center is overloaded because the wait times are horrendous. It also appears from recent reviews that MANY users are having the same issues with your new multi-factor authentication bug. As an IT manager who manages a team of IT developers, let me give you a hint. If I’m logging onto the Mobile app from my phone which receives the 2FA code, it is completely pointless for you to require 2FA since If someone has stolen my phone and gotten as far as the login, they also get my 2FA code. You need to find a way to allow me as a user to “trust” my device and not require 2FA since it adds absolutely 0 security benefit and just frustrates me as a valid end user. Having to enter a 2FA code almost every time I log in from my phone and the on transactions I make in the app only weakens security because it makes me turn off 2FA on my account. This is obviously a bug, not a feature. Please fix it!!

I get keeping the account safe and secure, but to ask for two factors to do literally anything is unreal. Login with bio metrics what’s the code, Add a payee what’s the code, transfer money what’s the code, pay my credit card bill what’s the code, do it once and be done with it. To ask literally every time is incredibly annoying. Everything they are doing for “security” is unbelievably annoying, to the point I’m going to be switching banks.
Good app, definitely serves its purpose but would be much better if there were ASP (automated savings programs) available or text reminders for balances due.
Notifications for transactions are late. I get 3-4 times notification for the same transactions. First one comes within 24 hrs not immidiately like other banking apps. second one after2-3 days. Sometines the notification comes after 5 days.
Crashes all the time, super frequent system outages. Also does not allow me to see the amount I’m being charged in interest on my credit card.
