Love the app... would be 5 stars if you could also track exercise and water/drinks in there! Also would love the option of half on track as I love dark chocolate for example but neither healthy or unhealthy!
My favourite food diary app. No inaccurate, laborious calorie counting, just a photo. The idea of the ‘path’ is awesome — it’s up to you what your path is. A gentle guide instead of a punishing regime.
I love how this app records food. It supports a healthy relationship with food.
This is a really cool app. There’s no adverts on the free version which I love. Easy to use and helpful. If I forget to take a photo of my food I can add it using text. It’s helpful to see what I’ve eaten and I’ve hesitated a few times to eat unnecessarily because I have to record it. I’ve invited a friend and she can also see what I’ve eaten so that stops me overindulging! I also like the options for why I ate and how I felt after, as it makes me think about why I’m eating. It’s not a calorie counter so I use it in conjunction with another app. Definitely worth a try!
My primary goal is to create a healthy relationship re food and weight. I love this app, as there is no calorie counting, which let’s face it gets old after a few weeks. Taking photos of my food, is quick and easy, and keeps me focused. Knowing I should take a photo of a food, has stopped me in my tracks. My sis and I are buddies, and therefore share each other’s timelines, which again assists in avoiding mini-binges. There are also helpful goals, like eating with a non-dominant hand, which avoids mindless eating. Highly recommend this app, and a buddy if you do download, to keep you on track.
Have been using this app for 2 weeks. Have been tracking my eating Mon-fri, had great results already. It’s easy to use and cool to be able to share with a friend. It would be good if you could add a start or goal weight and also if you could track your exercise
If you can the people not just me want to change the words about the food with out logging in because I don’t have an account. Please if you can change it please try. Thank you
This app is perfect for those who want to be mindful and more conscious about their eating/why they’re eating, instead of obsessively looking at nutrition or calories! Especially for those with a history of ED, this app is wonderful xx
An easy visual way to stay on track. Much quicker than logging all items in a recipe per meal to see calories.
