My lightiny is not connecting no matter what I try, I deleted the app turned the light stick on and off and it’s still not working.PLEASE FIX THIS

I was so excited to connect my Lightiny but it didn’t connect I found out that it was a fake Lightiny I was so upset that it wouldn’t connect to the app

Everything is good… however the videos come up as unavailable. Please fox this bug, I would love to use my light stick outside of concerts. I would like to play their songs and have my lightstick play along with the music as I was back at their concert. Thank you !

i just got my new lightiny the other day but haven’t been able to use it with the app. it’s not syncing correctly & the videos aren’t available. 💔 5 stars will be given when this is fixed and i can jam out in my room 🤣

The app worked perfectly for the Chicago concert and made it so fun, but the videos have been unavailable for a while and that’s part of the fun, hopefully it’s fixed soon.

This worked fantastic at the concert however I am unable to play the music videos with my lightstick without a VPN. This needs to be fixed for international fans.
