The app is completely useless. I am not able to use any feature in my iphone (maps, charges, menus) useless!!!

Not much of anything works on this app.

This is literally the most useless app I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to download. I use an iPhone 11. I asked for a map to get acquainted with the property, and the front desk told me to use the app. The map was impossible to navigate and provided no information. I could never see what reservations I had made which meant I had to leave my room to find a kiosk where I could check and confirm the time of dinner reservations. Don’t waste the space or effort to download this. It is not going to help your trip be more enjoyable.

This app is almost unusable on my iPhone 8. Yes, it is old but newer models have the same dimensions. I am unsure what is located off screen to the right and bottom. Any charges are completely off screen. Food menus all display an error box. The map does not have a tab to display restaurants. We cannot determine how to visit estudio when we are staying at the adult atelier side. The map should help.

Amazing idea in concept but when I put in my check-in info and confirmation I get a “Kids Activities” error and can’t log in. Hope this can be fixed before the end of my stay...

The information on the app is wrong or out dated. The reason for an app (convenience) is not there. You want to book something? You click book…and tells you to call an extension. Not worth the download for a visit. Could be beneficial…in the future.

It was a good app for what it was supposed to do like open the room, look at restaurants, and navigate around the hotel. I would have loved for it to have information about the animals and flora that a guest would see at the resort. We saw lots of lizards and birds and I would have loved to learn about them.

If you have issues logging in, the name who the reservation is under has to give access first on their phone for someone else to be able to log in. Overall, app is very helpful. Details for restaurants, location of everything and you can unlock/lock your room with the app!

Super disappointed that it won’t let me log in after putting in my reservation info. Seems like the app has a cool concept but it definitely needs an update! At least the 3D map can be used without logging in.

We were excited to use this to order room service but none of the food options come up. We were excited to take exercise classes here, just to find out they aren’t offering most of the ones on both the website and app. We also thought we could sign up for activities on the app but you can’t. I can see what this app has been rated so poor.
