New update is driving people away
I have been using this app for the past 6-7 years and it worked perfectly and was pleasing and I was recommending it to everyone I know. However, this new update is literally making me want to delete my profile and uninstall the app altogether.
I used to be able to log all my prayers last thing before I go to bed or early the next morning, but I cannot do that now and thought I was the only one facing this issue until I came on this page and found that the developers had intentionally made that stupid update because "we're trying to make sure people are offering prayers on time." Excuse me? Why are you playing god now? No one is accountable for anyone's prayers except the person offering them. Also, you cannot possibly think that ticking off a box means that this person actually offered the salah on time, because guess what? People might actually start ticking off their prayer trackers without actually offering their prayers on time to avoid losing the day's tracker because of the stupid update.
Itaqo allah and stop playing God on earth. This is not your call and this is not your responsibility.

The recent update and overhaul is a disaster and it completely ruined all my time managing and marking my daily prayers over the past 4-5 years..
Missed to check for offered prayers a few days ago? You’re screwed! You can’t go back. You can’t track your progress even from the day before.. This was totally unnecessary change for the app which was good enough.. Now I am glad I did not purchase the premium version.
New version vs old version
I really don’t like the new version .. I can no longer log past prayers or view prayer times for few days ahead .. please retrieve back the old version
Being back old update
The application is wonderful but please bring back the old update, I cannot seem to check mark my prayers from the previous days and it’s making me sad.

An amazing app with good purpose but there’s too much ads to interrupt you while reading Quran which is so disappointing

I like Athan app. It has all the features I need the prayer times, athan, important dates and duaa. And also the qibla direction for any place. Also it is easy to use. Never encountered a problem
