Attached to Ticketmaster and TickPick. Absolute nightmare using this broken technology and miserable customer service from Ticketmaster.

App doesn’t work
3.3 billion dollar franchise, can’t make an app that works. You get constant issues trying to sign in.
Terrible
Like others have mentioned. Bought tickets from reseller. Tried to login with Ticketmaster account and kept getting an error message. Never was able to get logged in and get the accounts linked. Missed the event. This seems to be an old issue that’s never been fixed. Avoid this venue and app
Does what I need it to do
Great for getting or sending my tickets. Hopefully game stats will get better.

No notifications or score alerts
Not functional
In the span of minutes: Download app. Create password. Immediately try to login, “password incorrect”. (100% sure I was typing it correctly) Change password, login. Then try to accept tickets my husband was attempting to transfer to my phone. “Password incorrect”. (Again, I’m entering the pw I JUST set.) Try to click “forgot password” and the email to reset the password won’t send. End of story: couldn’t go to the game. Had club level seats but couldn’t get them because we couldn’t transfer the electronic tickets due to the failure of this app.

The website and app do NOT work together
Registered for the app because the link I was sent was not working. Created the account, seemingly no issue. Goes to log into account via web browser (tried both Crome and Safari) and kept getting an error message that the password or username was wrong. Logged in and out of the app multiple times to make sure the credentials were correct. They were. Turns out the website wouldn’t accept it because there was a special character in the password. Reset password from app (took forever due to not sending the email) WITHOUT the special character. STILL WOULD NIT LOG ME IN. YOUR APP AND WEBSITE ARE FAILING AT COMMUNICATION.
Won’t let me sign in
Tried multiple times, I know for a fact I am using my correct email and password. Tried deleting the app and redpwnloadong, tried turning my phone back on and off. Still says username and password incorrect
