This is an absolutely terrible app. Totally not user friendly. I am tech and app savvy and this just didn’t work for me. Deleted it and went to hotel reception to make restaurant reservations

I am pretty savvy using apps, but my goodness, trying to find your way around this app is like The Krypton Factor. Good luck trying to book a meal with this 😂

Doesn’t work won’t check in

upon entering our holiday details just kept sying that it needed hotel name, which was entered from the dropdown list, tried 5 times then gave up and deleted the app

Poor design and functionality does not work. For example after selecting a hotel name from the drop down the validation tells you to select a hotel.

Infosoftel Ltd - did anyone do any user testing for this app?!

But there is nowhere to select to book stuff. Already checked in. Just another failing of this poor hotel and poor holiday.

I am here and still can’t get the app to work . Only want me to book a holiday .

Barely works, poorly designed, needs a rethink

On the face of it, this app only seems to offer the ability to enter pre-checkin info when first arriving. HOWEVER - if you go to the Home option (the pyramid icon on the homepage of the app) and scroll to Discover and navigate to your hotel, there you will find the online a la carte restaurant booking system etc. Hope this helps. So far, so good for us :)
