Erro na aplicação

Desde que mudei de iphone deixei de poder abrir a app. Mudei para o iphone XR, e a app crashou, simpesmente deixou de funcionar e ja voltei a instalar, ja activeibo face ID etc e nada.

Aplicativo bugado

Na meno criação do conta por intermédio do aplicativo,o aplicativo falha ao ver a foto de frente do BI e não aceita o verso. Por-favor resolvam isso.
