Atom bank

Not too tech savvy but talking to an actual person solved the problem, that person being available within 10 seconds = impressive! Hopeful that it’ll all be ‘ plain saving’ from here on in!

Great app, very user friendly

My account is really easy to use and efficiently administered by Atom.

Half way through the setup I decided not to bother banking with Atom. Why use gimmicky photo and voice security when every other bank can just use FaceID? Wouldn’t bother, rubbish app.

HSBC dropped my cash ISA rate to 2.5%… their easy access rate is 1.75%. Banked with them for 25 years. Only realised now how much they hate their own customers. Searched around for good savings rates and moneysavingexpert.com recommended them. Some research into who ATOM was and their FSCS guarantee was all I needed to download the app… I was worried it would take me time to set up with ID and verification but the clever open banking link to HSBC a was awesome and within 10 minutes the account was set up and I transferred £10,000 and immediately started earning 4.85%….

Good banking service for saving, easy access to withdrawn and deposit. App is easy on the eye, easy to navigate, overall user friendly.

I have a few fixed saver accounts with Atom. The illustration to show how much interest you’ll receive for a deposited amount and a time period are well-thought through. Overall the app is very simple to use and the instructions are very clear. The comms for letting you know your options when your account is maturing are well-timed and easy to understand.

I’ve just renewed my bond for a 2nd term, excellent app and customer service, not the best rates around but better the devil you know👍

Just opened the instant saver reward account, did it within minutes as advertised and money was transferred to it also within minutes, plus a great interest rate as well
