Convenient to use but still negative aspects
I love the convenience of this app. It is perfect to purchase before even getting to the theatre and not having to worry about lines. However I have 2 major issues.
1. When arriving you have the option to state on the app for them to start preparing your purchased concessions. Once you do that it states that you will receive a push notification when your concessions are ready for pickup. I did this when I arrived and was waiting in the lobby for the notification. After 10-15 without a notification arriving I went to the counter to see why it was taking so long and they said “that option is not available at this location. You need to come up and have your bar code scanned”. This was very frustrating as no where did it say that on the app and the app allowed me to do it. The app just left me hanging in limbo.
2. If you require a refund for any reason you can’t receive it at the theatre, you have to contact customer service for the app.
All other issues I had were related to the locations staff not this app

Doesn’t work
this app was so amazing at first i always bought tickets from it but now it says that tickets are unavailable for certain movies but when i check online on the actual theatres website it says that there are tickets available, i bought tickets now and they don’t show up on my app now.
if these problems get fixed i will definitely change my rating because i really did like the convenience and ease of the app at first.
Useless app that sells your info
After I downloaded this app I started getting a lot of spam text msgs.
31% markup
In addition to booking the wrong day I got charge a premium of 31% for it. Tax on the S/C on the markup on the S/C … $31 for $24 tickets.
Never again. Atom sucks.
The Atom fast track line is no longer a feature. Pay extra and get nothing
Today we went to the theater. Paid for tickets and snacks on the app before arrival. Paid extra to buy snacks on the app so we could skip the line and get right to our seats. On arrival we were told the atom pre paid line no longer exists and we needed to stand in line with everyone else. I don't mind standing in lines, but i do mind spending extra money and not getting what was promised. Please update the website and app to reflect the fast track line is no longer a feature so people aren't miss-led.
Follow up - they offered me a 5 dollar credit because half the benefit to this app is no longer a feature. Buy tickets directly from the theaters- dont pay extra for snacks theres no express line anymore and you pay significantly more than what you pay directly to the theater.
Love the app
I love the atom app, it’s easy to use. The only suggestion I have is, I don’t use the concession part because you can’t make changes like upsize the drink, it would be most helpful if you can alter you order. Thank you!!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to make this work… I’ll just log into a computer to look up movie times
Error message
Every time I choose a seat I get an error message saying that seat is no longer available. I think it may be a bug as it does it on my wife’s app too. Each time I need to go and purchase the tickets online on my Mac. Annoying and inconvenient.
Landmark extras
I linked up my landmark extras account which gives me discounted movie tickets and no booking fee. Why doesn’t atom honour it?
