I can’t get into the app very often. Do something about this issue.I’ve been trying to open this app for whole day but I can’t.

Is there a software error that I can’t get into the application? I already uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but it couldn’t help me.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Atom. My SIM card was deceptived money without any valid reason, and I was neither informed nor given an explanation beforehand. This has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my ability to communicate effectively. As a paying customer, I expect transparency and proper communication from any service provider. Unfortunately, Atom failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard. Trust is essential in this industry, and this experience has completely eroded my trust in their services. I urge others to think twice before choosing this company, as such unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability should not be tolerated. Atom, I sincerely hope you take steps to improve your customer service and operational transparency moving forward.
