One of the most third-class app ever seen Ali though the fans are Connected to Fiber Broadband Internet Through WIFI Router still it shows Off Line. This issue start post new update on ios Platform. Although the status shows offline still I can Control the fan functions. Repeatedly I called customer care and also I forwarded the email still no responses I very Doubt wether Atomberg has a Quality RAnd D and Technical Support team and will get this issue sorted out

Hi team my internet connectivity is working well however the app shows pop up error saying ‘no internet connectivity’ and am unable to use the UI of the app ….. Also I seem to have purchased both the newer as well as the older versions of the Renesa Smart plus fan .. the Old one works with this app and the newer ones seem to work with the ‘Atomberg home’ app can you migrate nativity and functionality of both fans to both apps or to the newer App at the very least Please help resolve the above issues at the earliest …
App does not connect to Internet
I am unable to use the app as it is showing intenet connection not available error every time i try to opne the app

The app is not working for the past couple of days and there’s no direct support channel to reach out to. The app is spooling the entire experience of the fan and would definitely not suggest this fan to anyone else just because of the app
Hello team my internet ok , working fine other app with wifi and mobile data but your app showing no internet pop up always after loading screen , this happen last from last 3-4 days before working fine
The app works fine without any issues. I connected my fan quite easily. But its very hard to set fan speed , sleep mode or led light via Google assistant. There are no proper commands. Dev team should add support for more commands and provide proper examples in app help page. Also app can have a better UI rather than a very outdated old design.
App doesn’t work at all, stuck while aetting up the room.
