The scope and breadth of the content is fantastic. The detail and instruction are superb. I had the pleasure of attending a bootcamp and get instruction from Andre and Andy and these videos directly reflect the level of precision and wisdom that they impart on those willing to pay attention. The app itself works very well on iOS and the search function brings up all kinds of videos that spark the imagination. So many ways to creatively punish and vex your opponent. I bring these techniques in to class and people are surprised by them constantly. I’m not saying I execute them as presented, yet I like revisiting them before class and trying them on the mat. I’m planning on keeping this subscription for foreseeable future and am enjoying the app. Much love and appreciation to Andre and crew at Atos. Oss, Jeff

Hands-down, one of the best ways to improve your jiu-jitsu at all levels. From White belt with only a few months in to a season black belt, ATOS on demand will have you improving your game in no time.

I live in rural community and my gym only offers class Mon-Wed. This app allows me to train 5-6 days a week when I want on top of my normal training days. The courses are broken down as if you’re actually on the ATOS mats. Easy to follow along with if you’re just looking to get some extra instruction or training with a teammate on your own time. Definitely recommend.
