First, scanning the QR Code from info card at residence take you to page with small print asking you to accept conditions for use. The small print informs you that you are consenting to a $49.95/month subscription fee. Next, If you download the app from the App Store (I am using an iPhone/iPad) and try to access from the icon you get a a typical create an account app. Choose Login name and password (at least 8 characters, include capital letter, number and special character). After using info to SignIn you get a page requesting Last Name, Phone and Email. Now the nightmare begins. All info is required. Pressing Continue does NOTHING. App does not accept the info and associate with the account. So, assume I made a mistake typing something in, go back to Create an account - nope, says LogIn is already in use. Go to Sign In - nope, says password and LogIn don’t match. Request password reset - says it will send reset code in email to email associated with the account. The account that the app wouldn’t take the phone, email info during LogIn/Account Set up. No way to do anything at this point except close app. No way to request help. Lastly, By the way, you have a facility in Venice Florida. That fact is no where on the web page for Atria. During account creation, you get dropped out because name is not recognized. That’s when I tried to restart process but was told Login exists so you can’t restart/complete the sign up process. I tried waiting a day to retry log in just in case it took awhile for the process to catch up. No luck. Same problems. In short, this thing is a disaster from start to finish. Great potential but no execution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS

Please correct this piece of frustration. Don’t put it out if you do not have a good product! It makes your whole corporation look sickly.

Train registration, it requires the birthdate to be entered. It will not allow the actual birthdate to be entered. It keeps going back to the current date.

You try to load it and it doesn’t work.

Love the Atria community. But sorry, this app is horrible! It opens, I click on Events, and the app slams shut.

It seems as though it was for residents and their families but it does not allow me to sign up. I get to the page where are you put in your email and a code that is sent to your email address but I’ve never received an email. I do get email from the Director of the facility but not one to provide a code that I can submit. This would be a great tool if it worked for families. Knowing in advance what the activities or meals might be would allow us to encourage their participation. Hopefully this app will continue to be improved and used for the benefit of all Atria families.

I have an account that I setup on my desktop machine but am unable to access it through the app because you don’t allow logins from anything other than Facebook, google or apple.

I don’t have a Facebook or Google account, so I was excited when they added access with an Apple account. When I could use my password, it worked great. Now it requires a passcode, with no way to request one. Does no one test these apps before rolling them out?

I love the idea of the residents and family members being able to look at all of the activities and menu and everything it has to offer, but every slinger time I open the app, it force closes within 10 seconds. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Still force closing as soon as I open it so it’s a pretty useless app.

I tried creating an account with multiple google and Apple accounts. I am NOT receiving the welcome access code on any of the email accounts. Also, when I log in with Facebook, it just keeps taking me back to the create an account screen with no escape options. What gives?
