Serious UX issues
The application has numerous issues while some new features are really good. Earlier you had a in-mail system where you can communicate with bank but now you only have a feedback box and we never hear anything back. Try typing one to lines in this box and by mistake type a comma or a dash. The text will be erased and you have to rethink what you were typing. Any transactions done other than Fawri we can’t see the history. The application post login sometimes just shows white screen and nothing to move forward or backwards. Sometimes after typing login name you can’t see the login button. Serious UI / UX issues which can and is frustrating honestly.
