The issues from before have been improved upon! I can now adjust the volume using native volume controls, and the clipping is much less noticeable! I would prefer no clipping, but this is at a somewhat acceptable level. It’s listenable, at least. It would also be nice to have the high pitched noise that comes on whenever quiet audio is played not happen, but I suspect that’s a Bluetooth limitation.

Pros: - sometimes able to control speakers Cons: - severe clipping issues - severe control delay and settings adjustment failure issues - inability to control volume via native volume control outside of app; native volume control only sometimes adjusts app-controlled volume
