ATH-CK3TW unable to connect

my ATH-ANC500BT is unable to be detected in the app

ATH-ANC500BT unable to detect. Headphone has been launched for quite a long while but app still not updated?

Pointless to have an app that only control functions of the Bluetooth earpiece. Should have an equaliser built in for the earpiece.

Please have more bluetooth products to be able to use. Especially ATH-WS990BT which is a new product but not feature in the app to use. Additionally, abilities of the app should improve which enhance our usage of the sound instead downgrade the sound. Please help. Thank you

ATH-CKR7TW sounds so awesome only to be badly affected by the app. Future of headphone/earphones are with the apps that accompany them. If Audio-Technica can spend millions developing awesome headphone, it should also pay more attention to the developer of apps. Do not ruin a new product with lousy apps.

TWX7のサウンドスケープとタイマーがかなり便利そうなので、上位機種のTWX9の機能に追加して欲しい。なんなら全機種で使えるようにして欲しい。

アプリをアップデートしてから片方だけすぐに通信が切れて聴こえなくなる

ATH M50×BT2で使用しています。 アプリの使用感は最高です。 ただ使用中に落としてしまったのがいけなかったのか原因はわかりませんがその日を境に突然検出画面が表示されしばらく待ってみましたが「検出に失敗しました」と表示されオーディオテクニカ公式が発表しているトラブル対応を試しましたが全て「検出に失敗しました」の一点張り､､､7/8にアップデートしましたが症状は変わらずでした。ですが不思議な事に唯一の方法としてiPhoneを再起動してアプリを開くと検出されました。 早くこの問題を解決されるよう願っております。
