How do I cancel, I thought it was a once off purchase and only realised now that I have been paying every month for a site I don’t use. It is not easy to cancel on the actual app, anyone who knows how to cancel? Help

The books are more expensive than other audiobook apps like audible and audiobooks. The flexipass is a scam where they take money every month but you don’t get a book- they claim it makes you eligible for discounts which means nothing as the books are overpriced as compared to other apps. Tried to get a refund when they deducted money and they gave me the runaround. I don’t recommend this store.

Very easy to use, play while app in background, easy to download from web and can play on different media

I typically use Audible, but my husband bought me a gift certificate for this program. You have to access the web to buy books rather than through the app. I listen in the car and Audible app works well with car play, but this app requires me constantly to have to touch the phone rather than car play making it difficult and unsafe to use while driving. Also you cannot change playback speed. I almost always listen at 1.25, but not with this app. Guess I’m spoiled with Audible.

I’ve been waiting now for about five days to download three audiobooks that I already purchased and paid for and for which they have my money. But I can’t listen to anything because the app gets stuck. I can’t even listen to partial segments of these books. it’s really pathetic that they released an entire business platform based on an app that is dysfunctional, plus they don’t stand by their products and they sell audiobooks that are nothing more than artificial intelligence / automated voices of material that someone stole off the Internet.

I just wanted to let everyone know that this is a wonderful company!! Their customer service and support is wonderful!! They’re a company of their word which is kinda hard to find in the world today! I highly recommend them! I enjoy reading their books!! You will too!!

I contacted the company using several methods, with no response other than a canned marketing email or chat. I finally got a call from an actual human, however didn't listen to me, or addresses my concerns.

I used this app for a long time but now it won’t update. iOS up to date but this app is spiraling 🌀 and doesn’t stop. So frustrating since I’ve paid for books I can’t access now.

I downloaded today after buying a book tht I really needed to read. 12hours in, the book still hasn’t downloaded fully. It took 9hours just to download random tracks so I still can’t listen to the chapters continuously,ridiculous. Thenimline “chat”os more like a monologue,it’s supposed to answer in 24hrs(whaat?), no answer on their messages either. Avoid.

Audiobookstore.com refused to return any part of 3 years worth of fraudulent charges to my credit card. Customer service sent me a link referencing their refund policy and telling me that they “appreciated my business” they weren’t even willing to cancel the fraudulent account made in my name. This is a dishonest company that should not be trusted.
