Aula - Classroom Communication

Had this app already and could not use it as it asked me to update it. Update where not working due to a bug happening at the update stage. Deleted the app and re-downloaded to have to most updated version. It s stuck at the first login step of putting email and does not work. Universities should use a different platform this is so annoying!

It lets me see posts etc from tutors and other students. But there is a lag when downloading files or opening files and you aren't sure if its done it or not. Also, when we get our percentages released for a unit, i cant see any information beyond that. I need to go to the website version on desktop anyway to see feedback from Handin. If the app let you access Handin and student success app like the website does it would feel a lot more useful. As it currently stands you go to assignments, tap an assignment and nothing happens. Also, not being able to mark all notifications as read is so annoying. I have to have notifications turned off for the app because so many students create posts im not interested in and i just want to be able to mark all notifications as read. Add handin/student success app, and make it so you can mark all notifications as read. Then the app will be on par with the website version and wont seem pointless.

App was awful. Would not let me access due to an ‘update’ needed. When I emailed for help with the problem, was told that the problem was with my device and not aula.

Always updating so frustrating .doesn’t even let you used the outdated version

Not a good at all. Can even upload assignments from the app. Have to use laptop web app to upload assignments.

I can no longer use Aula without spending money I don’t have as the update appears to be mandatory and won’t work on 12 iOS. Thanks Cov. Uni.

Am using iPhone 11 Pro Max and due to updating of the Aula apps now I can’t use my phone again on my phone ,, frustrating
