Takes forever to update savings account as a result interest earned is always base on the old amount. Other than ease of withdrawing money. It's essentially a useless app. Just revert back to the old days of seeing our balance on the website. If not get another good software developer to revamp the app.

The most useless apps as it did not update my latest savings account balance. Customer servixe is so poor. Tried contacting them via whatsapp and emails but no response. Even when i tried to withdraw my savings via the apps, it took more than 3 days to process. Useless apps and customer service

Aupe contact is the worst of all Try calling the Aupe helpline 62808033 None of the extension is valid . App is Unavailable reset .

Very unfriendly mobile app! No helpdesk number given. Was locked out of the app and the only contact given was an email address to reactivate the account. Emailed but no reply. All enquiries via whatsapp only. Done whatsapped but to no response also. So whats next when all avenues are met with no responses.

It doesn’t show you how much balance u have in each account. This information should be basic for such apps. The instructions and user guide are terrible. It asked me to use my social security no. to open a file containing a pin. We don’t have social security no. in Singapore!
