Aura Frames

One star because that’s the minimum. Very limited transitions, no music, can only select the photos I want to show one by one and can’t save them in an album to show, say, next week. Utterly pointless contraption and a nasty putty coloured piece of plastic to boot . I’ll stick to my iPad thankyou.

We have found the Aura app easy to use and navigate. It has enabled us to upload photos seamlessly and we can’t recommend highly enough.

Initially all good, preloaded lots of photos for family far away to enjoy. Started adding more recently straight from the photos app only to learn from family that they haven’t shown up? And go to the app to try and upload them that way but lo and behold, it crashes every single time. Useless - renders the gift pointless

Very happy with it but seems a fairly basic miss in not providing ability to maintain and swap Albums.

Wish there was an app for Windows PC most of our photos are on the hard drive

We bought this for our ageing parents as a Christmas present. With family spread across the globe, it’s a nice way for them to keep up to date with what’s happening. One suggestion I’d like to make for a software update is to add a reverse chronological order feature. We’d like the most recent photo’s to be seen first each day.

We are so impressed with this. I bought the frame as a present for my partner, she absolutely loves it! The app is very easy to use and there are plenty of features, we like how easy it is to add new photos. The quality of the frame is excellent as well, we got the Aura Carver. Bravo!!

I bought this frame a few weeks ago, mainly because we’ve got so many digital photos we hardly ever look at them. Once you’ve spent time uploading the ones you really want to see again memories come flooding back. Great piece of kit.

Never have I had such a bad app on my phone - it just crashes all the time and there’s no other way of adding photos. If you’re going to charge such an amount for a frame, at least back it up with a good reliable app
