The app dispelling the usefulness of acupuncture for stress and anxiety calling it “a placebo effect” and to not be tried for help, in the same category as alcohol. I overcame serious depression and anxiety using regular acupuncture for 3 months. There’s a reason it has been around for 5000 years, folks. This app just keeps asking me for a lot of money and I haven’t received anything helpful.
Great support and helpful activities and exercises
I’m on my 4th day of using the app. Before I thought it was working and I felt a little better, but now it won’t let me do my daily check up. An add pops up for their premium and it won’t let me exit out of it or do my checkup, or anything at all.
This is a great quality app that guides you through the various ways to reduce the anxiety level via check-list journaling and tips. Also like the cool feature for changing icon. Definitely worth downloading and trying for yourself!
