Absolute crap

First they deleted all my downloaded magazines, then they locked me out of the app, now they’re telling me that both my email addresses are unregistered with them. I signed up through my iPad, and now the new app won’t let me log in, and has erased all my details and wiped out my subscription..I wrote to them a week ago about this, and still crickets...worst support imaginable. Great magazine, terrible support, terrible app, don’t waste your time with this disaster of an app. They just take your money and screw you over.

News articles not available in app

No point in having an app that you still need to go to the website to get news articles.

Terrible app

This is absolutely the worst digital magazine app I’ve ever seen. Horrendous UX and navigation, lack of offline, image scaling issues. It’s sad as the industry content is excellent. If your future goes digital then the current app will see the end of AA. Time to choose and alternative or integrate into other e-pub solutions.

I have not been able to access my account since February 2022, hate this maz lost my money!!!!

Lack of customer service and customer support from long time reader and lost all my downloaded purchases.

Useless app and woeful support

The app doesn't work and support staff are not interested in resolving the issue, that's when they bother to even respond to support requests. Cancelled my subscription.

A must read for all aviators - and those who want to become an aviator

Comprehensive articles on all facets of aviation. Very informative Very readable Backed up by great photography Will be great reading for the amateur to the professional

Very, very bad

Download failures and crashes make for one of the most unpleasant experiences on the internet today. I switched to a combined digital/ print subscription to avoid this app as much as possible. There isn’t a zero or you’d be getting it.
