Cant ever get a hold of anyone Tried to return item because the product is not what expected in size, Color and style. I purchased an item that I can’t even wear. Contacted them by phone (number is not in service) email (never responded)

People leaving reviews need to realize this is the Australian UGG brand. You have purchased American-made UGGs - not shoes from the Australian brand UGG Since 1974. The brands are separate companies. This is why your “rewards aren’t transferring” and they “are missing items from their website”…

Not only can you not find apparel on the app, but it’s also missing some of the shoes and slippers that the website online has. Plus, when you add shoes to your cart online, there’s no shipping but this app was going to charge me $60 to ship. I concerned that the app promotes “better deals” without following through. Is this a scam?

Would not link to pre-existing account. There was no transfer of rewards or previous user information after manual registration with same credentials.

Can’t find some styles boots on the official site. Someone else said on the other app that looks like this one, “like scammers don’t give your info” I quickly deleted it and never prefer or gave my payment info. Being that it’s “UGGS” it should have the exacts same options as the official site does. Doesn’t have apparel. Nd the prices are too god to be true.
