Very few functions for 2024. You would expect better functionality from Unity.

Keep your customer number and password safe, you’ll need it. This app inexplicably crashed, resulting in a long wait to retrieve password. Annoying waste of time.

The developer seems live in his own world. The user interface is uniquely poor. Not much info re account details. No where to view BSB and Ac #… Australian Unity also give a unique Ac # which contains a letter! Users have to search for the proper ac # to conduct transfers. Again very unique taste.

Bug in login. Aus unity passwords can be up to 40 characters. This app only allows a max of 21 characters in the password field - those with long passwords can’t set up the app. Dumb!

Should display balances of accounts when log in. Savings account info doesn’t show the interest rate currently applied (very annoying! Had to search and dig it out on the website!)

Can’t even set up a new account using this app. Constantly gives a communication error when setting a new password.

Much prefer the old app at least it was accessible with VoiceOver. This one is utterly useless. I cannot do any internal transfers or pay any accounts. They say this is a convenient way to do your banking well for me it is not. You should improve your accessibility features! you have had nearly 12 months, and nothing has been done at all. expected some improvement in latest update but there was nothing at all to improve the accessibility of the app to people using VoiceOver!

Trash app, trash bank

I prefer to use a laptop (MacBook) for any banking but tried this app on my iPad. When attempting to login for the first time, the app requests a change of password! Absurd. Unusable app.

A very poor banking implementation requiring far more clicks that should be necessary. I dislike using it but have no choice if I bank with AU.
