Auswide Bank

After contacting Auswide, you can get notifications for deposits but has to be set up through logging into desktop version. Card use notifications are set up through the app.

App continually crashes and freezes, really unpleasant experience. Can also be really laggy, especially when just trying to transfer between internal accounts.

Hard to beat commbank app but this Auswide app is really average. Bugs out in settings (can’t scroll), doesn’t send push notifications so I don’t know when money comes and goes without logging in. Face ID didn’t work randomly for a while (turned setting off then back on fixed it).. the security texts are annoying because you can’t auto fill or see the code in the notification banner so you need to exit the app to get the code and then come back..

I’m going to close my account. App crashes regularly and banking often unavailable. Had 2 new cards and both times the pins didn’t work so a 45 minute drive to the nearest branch to change.

The app keeps crashing when you swipe it to the side to view quick balance. In quick view you have only one account viewing, the old app was better. Very disappointing

The update made it so much harder to use and see information. Before the update the app was awesome and easy to do everything. then they updated and stuffed it. almost no point in having the app.

Why did they make it ten times harder to use. Transfer money between an account is now a huge effort

Since the new update it is terrible!! With the old one you were able to see you home lone interest rate how much you were in advance an now you can’t. Login takes longer you can now only see one bank account with the peek balance. The layout it terrible not streamlined and Seemless like it use to be. Why can he something that worked before. HATE THE NEW UPDATED APP

Since the recent update trying to set up the quick view function causes the app to crash each time…needs fixing

Recently updated the app to IOS15 and the app feels clunky and poorly thought out. Previous version was seamless and easy to navigate. The current version does not make me want to use it unlike previous version.
