This app has caused me to loose $300. Due to not keeping up with my time. It’s like it loses my clock in and clock outs on multiple occasions. Or it freezes up and then I have to do it all over again. I work hard taking care of my patient and for someone to tell me that there’s nothing they can do on there end after they have had to manually input hours so many times is beyond ridiculous and should be illegal.
If I could give this 0 stars I would, always crashes and I could never log in.
Does what it’s supposed to but I get kicked off the app so much where It decides my face isn’t the correct face for my Face ID or my password is always not working and now my employee ID is being told that it doesn’t exist. I feel like this app may be works for a week and then all of a sudden it just erases all your information and pretend like it doesn’t know who you are.
I can never get clocked in and it makes me late to work😩
Here’s a draft for your review: This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used for clocking in and clocking out! Almost every week, I run into issues—whether it’s not being able to clock out, not finding my client in the system, or some other frustrating glitch. These problems are making employees look bad, even though the fault lies entirely with the app. It’s unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. This app is unreliable and makes an already challenging job even harder. Please fix these issues as soon as possible!

If I could give negative stars, that would be a more accurate rating. Palco needs to find another alternative that is more reliable than this garbage.
Terrible app. Always logging me out and making me reset passwords, call office to get new code blah blah blah.
When completed the shift, it should say how many hours and minutes are accounted for that one day fix the problem. This is unbelievable. We are in 2024 and fix the Face ID to where it puts your number and your password at the same time and it remembers you instead of asking all the time, and FaceTime never stays on for iOS
I don’t know how the government gets away with using an app like this
