Stock Assist makes it easy for relevant staff to inspect and update vital stock unit data
Thanks to its seamless integration with UNITS® and EQUIP®, authorised team members can use their device to check-in the delivery of a stock unit, and record or update important details like its current odometer reading and physical location.
Information available on Stock Assist includes:
- Details, like model, variant, trans., compliance date, etc.
- Unit location, plus receipt date and days in stock
- Current mileage, registration, and previous owner details
- Availability status (sold, on quote, available, etc.)
- Detailed costs, including add-ons and attachments*
- Its recommended retail price
- Notes or alerts against the unit
This information is extremely valuable to various members of
the dealership, particularly stock controllers, sales managers,
and sales executives.
Stock Assist is logical and easy to navigate
All information is presented in a clean, uncluttered user interface, with simple drill-down available with just a couple of screen-taps. Functions are grouped into tabs, ensuring interaction is logical, fast, and easy.
There’s an app for that
When staff view yard stock, it’s difficult to know which units are allocated to a sale versus those available to sell.
Stock unit status can also change rapidly, especially in high volume dealerships, so having live access to accurate data on a smartphone provides a measurable step up in the user
experience.
By scanning a unit’s barcode (if available), staff can confirm its details, including whether it’s been allocated to a sale, plus its recommended selling price. If no barcode is available, they can also search via VIN, stock number, registration number, make or model, thus ensuring the unit they’re viewing is indeed the vehicle they’re searching for.
Stock Assist brings new levels of accuracy, transparency, and timeliness to the intake, interrogation, and updating of unit stock. It delivers a fast, easy user experience to staff who
manage, or require frequent access to unit data – oftentimes, away from their computer.
