Keep crashing, error message on start up constantly

Since the latest update every time there is a job on screen the AI keeps announcing the job like 4 times and it is annoying as hell! I am unable to watch any videos while I wait for a job as the jobs won’t stop being announced! Please remove this feature!

Please fix the annoying sound drop of your audio system whenever the app makes a sound (order on the board,any message etc) the sound of your audio is dropping iPhone user

Since the last update the app has been a complete mess! Keeps freezing at least 5 times a day, when I try to log in it keeps on saying connection error even though I have full signal and every other app works perfect this happens 4-5 times per day I’ve been trying to log in for the past 1 hour now and still not working keeps saying connection error! The app was working perfectly fine before the update why do you need to mess with something that works perfectly and mes it up?!

Dear dev team, please see below a suggestions for improving an otherwise very good app: 1. whenever I get a notification and a beep sound from the app the phone volume goes down (as it does for other apps’ notifications) but doesn’t come back up. This means that if I’m listening to musing from my phone I have to constantly summon Siri to get the volume back up which is quite frustrating 2. Please make it so that I choose my preferred map in the options once and not every single time I press on the directions icon 3. Please disable messages that don’t make any sense like “soon to clear active” whatever that is supposed to mean 4. The street pickup button is next to precooking so if I press it by mistake there is no way of cancelling the street job without contacting the dispatch team. 5. If I receive a job and the phone is locked it does not vibrate nor does it send notifications to Apple each which makes it very easy to miss a job if it’s noisy and not looking at the phone or phone in pocket.

I have noticed it’s very slow with my iPhone like how many drivers are there in the plot. It doesn’t update all I can see is my position which some times make me wonder if it’s any good. No beeps for messages. Someone needs to get this sorted please.

Please make it to work with Apple Carplay!!!!!!

Works great for me apart from the sound drops on the car audio system and doesn’t go back to full sound until you log out or unplug. Very annoying and hopefully will get sorted soon.

For almost a year now, the app crashes on me at least 3 times daily. & could we change the schedule of the updates on the drivers side? The app updates are fine, but rolling out 11am updates over air during busy periods during a week day is ridiculous in all honesty & results in major loss of earnings across the board.
