Bad Customer Service
I bought the Automend Pro and wanted to return them for a refund. I filled out the online form and got a response on December 4th asking for my order number even though the order number was put in the form I filled out online. I responded the same day, gave them the order number, but did not hear anything back. On December 15th, I received an email from them but it was supposed to be sent to someone else because it had that person’s name instead of mine. I responded, told them it was sent to the wrong person but have not heard back. I called a couple of times, left a voicemail but have not heard back. They give 30 days to return and I’m now at the 30 days. I guess I will not be getting a refund. I would’ve had better luck buying from Amazon.
