Much more functional than it used to be, but nowhere near perfect
The app is super sensitive to poorer reception or being in areas with mediocre WiFi which can making closing appointments extremely tedious. Another thing that I don’t like is that we are no longer able to take additional payments for outstanding balances, which makes upselling services a huge pain. The app also no longer allows us to reschedule appointments ourselves, and now requires assistance from the Wrench/YM team to do so, which is a little pointless considering we still have the final say on what appointments we want to or don’t want to go to. Finally, changing parts used is a much bigger nuisance than before, the app is glitchy and sometimes mistakes pricing placed on one parts and attempts to price out another part by the same pricing. Furthermore, updating the name and part number isn’t possible unless I make a price change as well. Overall, the app is functional and does what it needs to 75% of the time, but that remaining 25% is not very helpful.
