It overestimates sleep time as it registers as sleep time the time spent sitting on the couch with your feet up and not moving much.
It needs a syncronization feature with Apple Watch via WiFi (not only bluetooth).
I hate app purchases of all kinds, but this is one I have yet to regret. The AUTOMATIC(!!) sleep tracking feature is so worth it
So many nice features. Helps me track my sleep data and encourage better sleeping habits.
This app provides you with almost all information to get a comprehensive report on everything you should know, while you are sleeping. I’ve tried other sleep apps. and this is by far the easiest to use, while providing the most comprehensive report, when you wake up. Certainly deserves a 5+ rating.
This is the best sleep app I have found. Tried several others and this is by far the best.
I really like this app for tracking my sleep data. It helps me be aware of trends in my sleep patterns and since I’ve started reviewing the data I’ve made sure to get enough sleep each night.
When I started using this app it worked great. As of recently it has started tracking a bit wonky, and will say that my sleep efficiency was way below what it should be. When I try to edit my sleep no matter what I do it will not change. My only other problem is as someone who works a job that changes my shift often, I need to change my sleep pattern. When you change your bedtime on the app it changes your entire history too. So I basically never get to see my accurate sleep history because I switch between sleeping at 4pm and sleeping at 2am. Besides these two problems that app isn’t too bad and works about the same, if not a little better than Apple Health.
I love the app, use it daily to monitor my sleep. As I’m getting older with poorer vision I wish there was an iPad version of the app for looking at the data
I have truly enjoyed this app. If I have a bad day at work it can usually be traced back to a bad night’s sleep. I really enjoy my sleep app.
