Autosweep RFID Mobile App

Can’t even update the details of the account. Many features are not working like the deletion of the account, you cannot update the email and the account name, etc.

One of the worst apps on my phone. It crashes and doesn’t allow debit card loading. Why cant you just fix it?

App not registering very hard to use

Always loses connection. And does not reflect the correct amount. Had a balance, loaded money, then balance shows 0.00! On both vehicles!!! For a conglomerate, this is stupid!!!

No plans on updating this app? Feels like I'm using ios 1. Interface is laggy and looks like made using windows 95

Why your apps can only used in philippines. Outside philippines even quick balance not working. Hope you can fix it so atleast even we are outside philippines we can still check our balance since our inlaws already old and doesnt know how to used internet

This application contains a lot of bug especially on payment options. It’s better to have your transaction/reload via third party app. It needs a lot like a total improvement.

Totally useless using this app in reloading. It’s a total scam, unless you report a concern. Your load will not be credited. Total scam. Remove this app.

I top up using gcash in this app. May gcash balance was credited but no load was debited on my rfid account. Don’t use this app

This is a poorly created app, looks like a highschool project,. And NEVER reload using this app. I tried and just got charged without getting the credit. With their poor customer service, goodluck disclaiming it. Just reload using legitimate e-wallets directly.
