Messages to store don’t work
When I select request pickup and put a note to store in the store doesn’t recieve it like they do on the computer.
Fix it
It doesn't look like it does on the computer page, and it takes longer to find what you need without much information.

Crashes constantly then I have to call the store or I order something and then the store says it didn’t come through even though on my end it says it did

Price of parts not correct
When Looking up parts and getting a quote it’s very misleading. Commercial price compared to list price looks great and seem like there is room to profit or just give customers a good deal. But the list price seems to be off. I’ve had a few customers call and be quoted a much lower price then what I give them . I base my price and deals off of list price and. Commercial price but it’s made me not look so honest bc a customer can sometimes get the parts for almost same price I am given. Can the list price and my price be explained so that I have a better understanding of pricing
