Déçue
J’ai payer un vélo mais impossible de le décrocher, même en maintenant le frein gauche et je n’ai pas pu arrêter la course car « indisponible » ce qui fait que depuis hier la course ne s’arrête pas 😞

C’e très bien à pédaler
Top
Simple, efficace et très confortable, un vrai plaisir d’utilisation dans notre belle ville d’Auxerre.
Plus d’usage possible… !
Impossible depuis 1 semaine d’utiliser l’appli. Je ne peux pas débloquer de vélo (retour au menu) dès que je scanne le QR code. Impossibilité également de changer/supprimer mon compte, changer de moyen de paiement. Très déçu car j’appréciais fortement le service…

Il faudrait différent mode de payement (paypal par exemple )
Peu pratique
L'idee des velos electrique dans toute la ville est bonne seulement elle le serait encore plus si il n'y aurait pas trente six mille bugs, des paiements repetee... des abonnements inutilisable...
