AVA - Access Virtual Assistant

Sometimes it wants to work, and the next it doesn’t. Honestly ridiculous! Please make it work, it’s hard enough trying to get through to call centre to ask about clients. Thanks!

We use this app for work it definitely needs to be updated. It’s forever crashing and not logging in for jobs. This can cause so much stress and makes our day not a good one. Please sort this

This is the most poorly invented app! It has never worked for a consecutive 5 days, it can’t find addresses when there are more the one address on the property ie: apartment blocks or in this instant retirement villages!. The last time any one from the support part of this app made contact with me they said just uninstall and reinstall Ava and it should be fine, had to do that for a week..... everyday!! Until eventually it locked me out of Ava all together. It’s bad enough that we are already too busy to deal with these glitches we then have people calling us when we are home to see if we visited our clients!! Talk about hoha!! - Any how please sort it out

GPS often doesn’t work and that’s when it actually successfully loads my shifts, I upgrade from a iPhone 7 to XS to fix this and now the app won’t work at all instead coming up with a French warning when I tap the up and then it crashes. Tried my partners iPhone X and the exact same thing happens! I hate it and have made a complaint to my union.

Worst app ever since updated. Haven’t been able to use for three days. Frustrating and wastes a lot of my day trying to even log in. Useless. 0 stars

Considering quitting my work place due to this app we are required to use. When it’s actually working it’s brilliant. Problem being it forever fails to load my daily work roster , I refresh app and get messages in a different language.
