Firstly I had to delete the original app and install again for it to work. Simply updating it makes the app crash as soon as it starts. Next the map fails to load position of the bus… so tonight for example I’ve stood waiting for 20 minutes … no idea if the bus is coming. You try to load some bus timetables and it crashes… Times are inconsistent to those printed and displayed at the bus stops. If your going to have an app make it work or just dump it and provide a better website for use on phones… It must be a public transport thing as the Pide taxi app is equally useless garbage.

I’m staggered that such a bad app even exist!!! At a bare minimum a travel app should be able to give timetables for a particular line, but this app cannot even manage that! 1 star is too big a rating.

When it was 1st installed it was great. The next day it crashed and hasn’t worked since. If it didn’t crash it would be excellent.

Appalling app, would be great if only it worked. App constantly crashes so it’s useless.

I have not been able to view anything for a month now. Initially it worked then started to crash. I have deleted and reinstalled I have tried switching phone off/on. Nothing seems to be working. I have also updated my iPhone too, just nit sure what the hell is going on

App crashes all the time & it’s hopeless for any bus information

Crashes every time I try to track where a bus is. Totally useless.

Downloaded to get bus timetable info. Crashed repeatedly. The only app I will delete within 10 minutes of downloading.
