Was really good until we had to send again our number and since then we never receive OTP so we can’t confirm our number and thus order food.

The app doesn’t allow ordering from multiple restaurants. If you search something and have to go back to the previous screen, it takes you all the way back to the main screen. App is generally okay, and can be used with inconveniences. It’s the service that is absolutely terrible. They will take hours to deliver the food. When it is delivered, there’s no standard. All the food might be dumped into a paper bag or food might be leaking into the main shopping bag. I ordered two or three items on many occasions and all of those orders were packed into one packaging on multiple times. My last order of a coffee and a pancake was smashed into each other and delivered as a blob of food. Generally, it’s a terrible service and not worth using. Most restaurants do free deliveries now. Just order directly and avoid the delivery charges that this app is charging you.

App is inconvenient as it is with orders take over an hour to deliver.

Please add a way to review restaurants and their food. I had the worst experience tonight. But there is no way to send a review for the food/restaurant

Avas food employees are trained at one thing and one thing only. Lying and deceiving. If you are bored and looking for a way to get frustrated, try this app. 👌🏻

I have used the app a few times and every time it takes around 2-3 hours for the food to be delivered, the app name says its ‘avas’ meaning fast in dhivehi, which is a big lie. They should change the app’s name to ‘las food’ meaning slow food providers! Very much disappointed!

very upsetting that we have to wait 1hr - 1 and half hours for our food. the app is good but the service is very very bad. takes too much time. better to order from the food company itself. takes less time than “avas food” and even some delivery men are very rude. this isnt the first time of the delivery being late, this has happened in multiple occasions. we cant depend on this app and starve.

So slow service and so expensive than the real rates in places

They don’t deliver to door step when i ordered for hulhumalé phase 2, If that’s so someone should have called and told me that when i made the order. They tell me this after they picked up the food. And They call it avas food it’s been more than 1.30 hours!
