Was charged for a month but cancelled same day as download. Avoid

This app is impossible to cancel. I have followed the instruction. No cancel. I have tried to do the chat help. No one reply’s. I just want to cancel this. Help

Be careful if you use this app. They will auto charge you after you request to end your account. Then they won’t refund your money and you will be left with a charge. I suspect it’s part of the business plan because in their FAQs they say they don’t refund yearly payments. I use to really enjoy the product but after this I would never suggest this app to anyone.

This app is amazing, convenient, and does more than your typical tracking diet app. Not only does it have easy ways to add your foods (personal recipes Included), but it also has a live coaching chat box for any questions. This app also calculates your macros based on what your personal goal and will adjust if needed whenever you do you 7 week check ins. For the price, this app goes above and beyond and is far superior than any other current macro/calorie tracking apps. This has been the only app that I’ve been consistent with and genuinely enjoy using. I had a bad relationship with food and absolutely hated tracking my calories- let alone my macros. My mentality and relationship to the food I eat daily has been transformed for the better good and it’s highly linked to the greatness of this app. To the avatar team, thank you all so much!

No better app out on the market to help meet goals!!! It’s extremely user friendly and worth way more than it cost!!

I’ve tried to complete signup 3 times, and each time I get to the carbs or fats section it kicks me out of the app. Not sure what could be wrong, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it just to have it happen again. No bueno

The app said there’s a trial period. I installed the app to see if there was smart watch integration. I realized within minutes they charged my account for a months service. The free trial is a myth.

App keeps crashing. Really disappointed.

Have been using the app for about three months. Down over 15 lbs. If you are committed to losing weight and want a tool that will truly help you see results, I highly recommend avatar. The coaches are always timely and helpful with their responses to questions. The interface takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you do extremely easy to track your Macros and get results.

I’ve used this app for almost 2 years now. I’ve lost weight and gain muscle thanks to their macro recommendations. Obviously they recommend the macros but you have to put in the work. Regarding the app specifically, I love the features and settings you can use that are tailored to your goals. It will make adjustments each week based on how you’re doing while also allowing you to make manual adjustments if necessary. You also have access to a very knowledgeable expert team that can help you determine what will work for you. I’ve emailed them a few times and they always provide great information and reasonably quickly. I love this app and I have recommended it to several friends already and this review is long overdue.
