Please include some basic settings in the app. Currently you must connect the DVR to a monitor/TV, keyboard and mouse. Also don’t see any way to change resolution settings for the settings panel. So can’t view all the settings.
What is the point to have cameras that never work.
This app is very stable. It provides notifications when a person or vehicle passes near the cameras. The notifications include a screenshot with an option to open the app to watch the recording or watch live. I am very happy with it.
Put the ability to use analytics back on the app! What are you waiting for?
With this new update you can no longer filter by motion type (i.e. vehicle, person, motion, etc) I have to scroll through massive amounts of footage in order to MAYBE find what I’m looking for. This is genuinely a concern for me and if it is not restored I’m returning my entire system and switching to something more user friendly. They put so much thought and effort into the new timeline scroll but took away the one and only feature that really mattered when it came to reviewing footage with ease.
New update no longer lets you filter recordings by motion type (person, vehicle, etc.) so I now have to scroll through dozens if not hundreds of clips before I can find clips with people instead of 50 clips of a bush being blown by the wind for hours. It also seems like the app is a lot more sluggish since new update. Bring the old update back!
90% of this app is not working I cannot watch camera I cannot do almost nothing it’s a horrible horrible . I hope they going to fix this.
The most recent update where you can select to open app at slower streaming speeds is working great. The viewing of all my cameras now opens up quickly. Prior updates the app would freeze quite often. Thank you for making the app now usable.
If I check my cameras or try to use this app more than once in a day , the app won’t open and I have to power off and on my phone. Also if it logs me out, often (not always) I can only go as far as the username. The password section will not allow me to put in password. I have to go to my computer.
